As a testament to this commitment, the hotel has joined the international Synesgy platform, the first worldwide network dedicated to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) assessment. We have indeed embarked on a structured path of sustainable growth by joining Synesgy, the leading international platform dedicated to ESG evaluation. The analysis conducted by Synesgy awarded Hotel Sans Souci an ESG SCORE of level C, a result that certifies a real and consistent commitment to sustainability, above the sector average. An important milestone reflecting the group's constant attention to ethical, conscious, and future-oriented hospitality.
Environmental, social, and governance performance
The result achieved reflects the hotel's commitment to improving its environmental performance, with particular attention to waste sorting, energy savings, and investments in energy efficiency.
Social performance also stands out for the care devoted to employee relations and staff well‑being, underscoring the company’s emphasis on human value within its organizational model.
Regarding governance, the certification identified areas for improvement for which management has already launched a dedicated action plan to further strengthen principles of transparency and corporate responsibility.
